I am a always learning Data Engineering student interested in turning data into reliable tools by designing robust and practical systems that always keep the people who use them in mind.
As a student engineer, I gained experience in a variety of technologies. Both of these projects are active and under continuous development, representing a great opportunity to learn and grow as a developer.
Free, ad-free mobile app that gamifies learning Catalan through daily photo challenges validated by AI (Gemini). Features a points system, streaks, and a weekly leaderboard. Winners of Fundació Carulla's Crida d'idees. 538 registered users, with 29% 7-day retention.
Interactive web application designed to streamline learning and practicing new musical instruments. Integrates real-time audio processing and pitch detection algorithms to analyze user input and provide instant, accurate performance feedback.
Profile
I am currently studying Data Engineering at UAB, where I am building my foundations in data processing, programming and system design.
What interests me most is using technology to make things easier for people. Whether it is improving a workflow, making information easier to understand or designing a more intuitive tool, I enjoy starting from a real problem and thinking about the best way to solve it.
I am especially interested in data engineering, artificial intelligence, data visualisation and user experience. I like working with data not only to analyse it, but also to turn it into something useful and actionable.
Outside of university, my experience working in teams has taught me how to communicate clearly, take responsibility and adapt to different situations. I value organisation, critical thinking and trying new approaches when solving problems.
Working with clients to deploy and manage data solutions using AWS, Terraform, and cloud-based data processing technologies.
Collaborative data analysis project tackling real-world urban logistics problems. My role focused on data cleaning, feature engineering, and the implementation of predictive modeling to optimize route delivery times.
Currently developing skills in programming, databases, data processing, algorithms and system design.
